In 2003, Steve Gardner applied his lifelong passion and homebuilding experience to start Gardner Custom Homes, Inc.
Since that time, Steve has built a great reputation in Central Arkansas for high quality craftsmanship, and a personal approach to doing business. Steve enjoys working with clients to build custom homes that balance classic design and charm with modern amenities and solid construction.

Through the years, Steve has earned the trust of homeowners throughout Central Arkansas. His passion for craftsmanship makes sure customers get the home they envision, on time and on budget. And his knowledge and experience ensure lasting quality.
Steve is native Arkansan and graduate of the University of Central Arkansas. Despite a successful career with a Fortune 500 company, Steve transitioned from the corporate world in 2003 to focus full time on his passion of building "timeless" custom homes. He currently lives in Little Rock with his wife Kimberly.
